Essie Hors D’oeuvres- run out and get this polish if you like sparkly things. No, seriously! I adore this polish so much, and it is so unique! It is described as “a delightful confection of platinum gold with a touch of iridescent silver glitter.” This is an accurate description; it definitely has a “white gold” feel to it.
The sparkle and shine of this polish is unbelievable. I’m sure some may find it tacky, but I love how it is bright and almost looks like tinfoil. I layered it here over OPI Haven’t the Foggiest, which is a seriously amazing shade in itself. This shade was from the 2013 holiday collection, which seemed to be pretty hit or miss, but I loved it. 🙂

horrendous color 
Hor D’Oeuvres reminds me a TON of On a Silver Platter. I know they’re both part of the same collection but I almost thought this was On a Silver Platter until I noticed it was missing the violet flecks of glitter. They both seem to have the foil look that I love and they both have that silvery gold thing going on. Very pretty!
