NCLA is a 5-free polish brand that runs out of Los Angeles. They also do not test on animals! Hello, I Love You is a beautiful, juicy raspberry shade. While the color is gorgeous, I had some problems applying this polish.
First, it is very thin. This is three coats and I could still see through it. It also seemed to drag and catch a lot while I was applying it. The color is so pretty that it is a shame the formula was so difficult to work with. It also was very patchy on the bottom of my nails. I’ll try this again of course, but this was so difficult to work with that I probably wouldn’t recommend it!
